CRG provides property management to the CRG real estate portfolio, as well as to third-party property owners in Northern and Central New Jersey.


Real Estate Financing (Harry A. Seidman)

CRG packages debt and equity for existing properties and new projects. Typically, CRG arranges bank financing backed by in-house equity.


Construction / Tenant Improvements (Michael A. Walsh)

CRG provides general contracting services to the CRG portfolio, as well as to third-party corporate clients. Matthew Kramlick, a licensed electrician, provides electrical contracting services. CRG’s construction personnel excel in interior office space construction and alterations. Their experience in navigating the governmental permitting process expedites projects for their clientele. Unlike many contractors, CRG uses direct labor for most interior construction (except plumbing and specialties). This enables CRG to cut costs and accelerate construction schedules through enhanced efficiency and flexibility.


Real Estate Advisory Services (James R. Hadrava, Jr.)

CRG provides site acquisition, marketing and lease administration to the CRG portfolio. Tenant representation and site selection service is also provided to select third-party corporate clientele.
