In mid-February of 2015, Commercial Realty Group purchased 7 Eastmans Road in Parsippany NJ to transform the vacant and obsolete property into one of the best light industrial/flex properties in the area. Construction/Mini-Perm financing was provided by The Provident Bank.

The 142,620 sf building on 9.5 acres was built by Automatic Switch Company in stages between 1965 and 1972. The early stages comprised 74,499 sf of 13'-6" clear office and industrial space. The final stage consisted of 68,121 square feet of 20' clear industrial space. ASCO is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of quality solenoid valves. After ASCO was acquired by Emerson Electric Co. the building became surplus lay vacant for over a decade.

Eastmans Road parallels I-287 to its east making the site easily accessible via Parsippany Road and exit 40 of I-287 a mere mile south of the I-80/I-287 interchange.
